Tenants

At Lucas Fox we have hundreds of fantastic properties for rent on our 10 language websites. We currently offer homes for rent in Spain's top three cities – Madrid, Barcelona and Valencia - where the demand from both international and national clients has reached peak levels. Our focus is always on quality so our houses and apartments to rent are carefully selected to ensure that they meet the specific requirements of our clients. Our rental properties tend to be centrally located with good access to services and amenities such as international schools, restaurants, shops and hospitals. They are also well communicated to the rest of the city, airports and public transport.

Our agents are all local and know their patch inside out. They take time to get to know you and will handpick a selection of rental homes for you to visit. Professional, multilingual and knowledgeable, our consultants work closely with you throughout the rentals process, completing paperwork and checks, ensuring that the experience is stress-free and even fun!

Landlords

We understand that letting out your home can sometimes be a challenging experience. That is why we created a Rental Property Management division. Our team know exactly what tenants are looking for, so, as well as highlighting all the details which make your property special, we will also let them know about aspects of the area that only a local will know such as: the best restaurants nearby, quality food markets, the quickest way to the airport and the best beaches. Our award-winning marketing department will use their creative strategies and experience of promoting rental homes to targeted audiences via innovative techniques including PR, advertising, social media, brochures and digital marketing as well as showcasing the properties on Lucas Fox's 10 language websites which receive almost 2 million annual visitors. Our Property Management division are able to do all the legwork for you, overseeing everything from rent collection and property inspections to managing repairs and lease administration.
