ORIENTAL PARK Apartments, Porto Baixa, Porto

The Oriental Park residential condominium is a new housing project in Campanhã, close to Parque Oriental and the future metro line (Estádio do Dragão – Gondomar).

It consists of three interconnected buildings, with 18 apartments ranging from studios to two-bedroom apartments and a shared basement for parking, and represents a unique opportunity to live or invest in one of the areas with the greatest growth potential in Porto.

Like the western side of Porto, the eastern side boasts a large park along the banks of the Douro River. Oriental Park stretches linearly from Freixo to Pego Negro, boasting excellent aesthetics and landscape design, and was designed by landscape architect Sidónio Pardal.

The work is scheduled to start in January 2026 and be completed in July 2027.

• The Campanhã Intermodal Terminal, the city's rail and road hub.
• The M-ODU (former Porto slaughterhouse), in the final stages of construction, with restaurant spaces, offices, art galleries and museums, with capacity to accommodate more than 2,300 people.
