This residential condominium is the result of the reconstruction and expansion of three buildings located on Rua de Cedofeita.

The project comprises a 5-storey building, which includes 1 commercial space and 9 apartments (1 2-bedroom duplex and 1 3-bedroom duplex on the ground floor with private gardens, 6 2-bedroom/2-bedroom+1 and 1 3-bedroom).

The apartments have storage and parking space (double for T3).

Rua de Cedofeita, which connects Praça de Carlos Alberto to Rua da Boavista, dates back to the 6th century.

Cedofeita is one of the most attractive residential, commercial and service areas in Porto, thanks to its central location and proximity to Clérigos/Galerias, where the most iconic bars and restaurants of Porto's nightlife are located.

The work began at the end of 2024 and will be completed at the end of 2026.

This new development is located in the block between Rua de Álvares Cabral and Rua da Torrinha, an area of Porto that includes facilities and residential condominiums of high heritage value. It is an area well served by public transport, namely buses and metro (Lapa station less than 5 minutes away).
