Not exactly what you're looking for?
Nagüeles, located between The Golden Mile and Sierra Blanca, is a well-established traditional residential area of Marbella. It is quiet, with many old trees and yet situated across the A7 only a few minutes' drive from the beach and Puerto Banus. In recent years, some new developments of apartment complexes and townhouses have been built due to its central and quiet location; these flats and townhouses are fenced and have top quality finishes, tropical gardens and attractive swimming pools.
The majority of properties in the area, however, are villas with private gardens and swimming pools in modern, traditional Andalusian or classic Mediterranean style. All surrounded by lush nature offering a quiet, family-friendly residential area with all kinds of services within easy reach: beaches and beach clubs, iconic luxury hotels, discotheques, golf courses, tennis clubs, restaurants and bars, etc. The La Cañada shopping centre is only a 5-minute drive away and is easily accessible via various roads from the AP-7 motorway. Malaga airport is only 35 minutes away.
The proximity of Nagueles to the amenities of the Golden Mile and Marbella centre is a great attraction for overseas buyers looking for a residence on the Costa del Sol. However, this area is also home to Spanish residents who live and enjoy their property all year round. During the summer it hosts one of Europe's biggest and most famous festivals with international artists and incredible gastronomy, the Starlite Festival.
