Lucas Fox presents this rural house of 780 m² built on a plot of approximately 20 hectares. One of Menorca's famous and historic rural roads leads us to the building entrance. Next, an open space is offered for stray cattle and after the second door, a long path leads to the property.

Exterior, next to the property, there is a patio, a terrace and a pleasant space to enjoy the views around the house in summer. In its 20 hectares of private countryside , there is an area with stables for animals and machinery, some warehouses to renovate, some water tanks and some rural roads.
