Lucas Fox presents this exclusive development with twelve unique houses with a characteristic Empordà design, created by the architect Damián Ribas and located in one of the best areas of Baix Empordà. The flexibility of the project allows you to adapt the layout and fully customize the finishes.

The architectural layout of this development focuses on ensuring the privacy of the houses while maintaining the overall design situation.
