Jávea, Costa Blanca: Location and surroundings of this property

Located on the lower slopes of the Montgo, in a small cul-de-sac. Within a 5-minute walk there is a very well stocked supermarket with coffee shop, that is open 7 days a week. Along the Montgo there are various restaurants offering an international cuisine.

The quaint and bohemian village of Jesus Pobre is a short distance. Here you can find traditional restaurants that use local produce as much as possible. In addition, there is a farmers market every Sunday and an antiques market the first Sunday of each month.

A little further is the large town of Denia with a marina and vast expanses of beach. Access to the motorway is also here.
