Beautiful semi-detached house, completely renovated with high-end finishes.

It can be accessed directly from the garage or at street level through the garden. We come to a beautiful garden, with a gazebo and with magnificent views of all of Barcelona, including the sea.

Upon entering the house, we find a beautiful dining room dominated by a wood-burning fireplace and an American kitchen, fully equipped with Gaggenau appliances, such as the intelligently designed induction hob or the double fridge. The kitchen furniture is from Arc Linea and features many cabinets. Next, there is a large utility area with a Miele washer and dryer.
