Lucas Fox presents this incredible and unique stately home that overlooks the famous Es Freginal park, in the historic centre of Mahón. It is a construction from the year 1900 divided into three floors plus the lower ground floor. with a total area of 502 m².

As soon as we enter, we find a large entrance hall with original and restored doors that give access to a large study with high ceilings and exposed beams. This entrance hall with a staircase is the heart of the house, since from here we have access to all the rooms on the three floors and the lower ground floor.

On the same ground floor, just after the entrance hall we can access the enormous living-dining room with fireplace and views of Es Freginal park. From the living room, we reach the kitchen, also renovated with plenty of storage space.

If we continue along the kitchen hallway, we will reach the lower ground floor, with the roof with sandstone loops, typical Menorcan style. It offers several rooms used as a workshop, a toilet, a shower and another living room or study illuminated with natural light, thanks to the huge window that looks directly onto the patio.

Returning to the ground floor, we climb the incredible original staircase from 1900, renovated and freshly painted, to reach the first floor where we find two other large rooms: two double bedrooms with a private bathroom (one of them with a jacuzzi bathtub) and dressing room. In the south-facing bedroom we can see the beautiful original hydraulic floors from the period. In the north bedroom we have two large windows overlooking the park.

On the second floor, going up the stairs we have another full bathroom with a shower, a beautiful bedroom with high ceilings with exposed beams with a dressing room and a study with direct access to the terrace overlooking the park.
