Lucas Fox presents this new build sustainable house located in Premià de Dalt.

The house is distributed over three floors. On the ground floor, there is a large open-plan space with an open kitchen, dining room and living room that greets us upon entering. The kitchen overlooks a backyard, while the living room with its large windows has direct access to the garden and the communal area with a pool shared between three neighbors. In this way, the day space offers cross ventilation and plenty of light. On this floor, we also find a full bathroom with a shower and a garage with capacity for one car.

Going up the stairs, we reach the first floor where we find the night area. There is a good-sized main bedroom facing south with a terrace overlooking the garden, a private full bathroom and built-in wardrobes. Next, there are two additional symmetrical bedrooms of great height and with a loft area that will delight the little ones. Both have access to a balcony. On this floor we find another full bathroom and access to a large side terrace.

We continue going up to the second floor where we can enjoy a large open-plan space with access to a large terrace with views of the garden and the Mediterranean Sea. This room offers various uses, such as an study, bedroom or a games room for children.
