The List Houses

The List Río Real is a new residential complex made up of 27 semi-detached houses which boast excellent quality finishes.

Thanks to the slope of the plot of land, the houses are built on different levels to blend in with the landscape, guaranteeing spectacular, unobstructed views of the sea from each of the homes.
