This residential complex is located in Cullera, a charming Valencian town in the Ribera Baja region.

It is characterized by having one of the best beaches in the Spanish Mediterranean, as its coast is shaped like a bay and is marked on one side by the mouth of the Júcar River and on the other by the Les Raboses mountain, the last foothill of the Iberian System before reaching the sea.

The quality of its waters and the fineness of its sands are the main reasons why Cullera has earned the Blue Flag rating year after year for its six beaches, including Playa del Racó and the nearby Playa de la Illa, two very calm beaches with hardly any waves, a marvel year-round.

Cullera's gastronomy is another attraction, with a river fishing port, unique on the Spanish Mediterranean coast, where you can buy fish after the auction and enjoy it at your table. Large rice fields are cultivated in the surrounding area, with paella being the best culinary example.
