Each residence features an individual aerothermal system for domestic hot water production and ducted air conditioning through supply and return grilles. Ventilation and electrical installations comply with current regulations.

The three buildings are integrated within a fully enclosed residential community offering landscaped gardens with native species, saline-chlorinated swimming pool, gym facilities, adapted lifts and underground garage with pre-installation for electric vehicle charging.
