Lucas Fox presents this wonderful development in the old town of Vilanova i la Geltrú.

The Els Indians building offers seven multi-family homes with one, two, three and four bedrooms with terraces or balconies, as well as spacious living rooms and a fully equipped kitchen.

In this development inspired by the Indians we can see that its original structure consists of fifty cm masonry walls and exposed wooden beams. You can also see that the façade is made of original natural stone and lime mortar. The balconies have the building's original wrought iron railings and the terraces and private areas are finished with non-slip outdoor porcelain stoneware floors. All materials used in the refurbishment, installations and finishes of the building will be of high quality.

Among the notable Vilanovenses from India we find Josep Tomàs Ventosa i Soler, Francesc Olivella i Samà and Josep M. Pujol, among others. This group of Indians transformed Vilanova both socially and architecturally, and created homes with colonial air, rectangular floor plans, high ceilings with moldings, raised floors and hydraulic tiles.
