Acapulco Ocean is a residential development of six semi-detached single-family homes located in Cotobro, Almuñécar, just three minutes from the beach in a peaceful and established residential area with nearby amenities. The setting is quiet and low-density, mainly composed of detached homes, offering privacy while benefiting from an elevated position that enhances orientation and, in many homes, open views of the surroundings and the Mediterranean Sea.

Each home is arranged over three bright levels with large windows offering views of the coastline and the sea. All properties include a private solarium and swimming pool, and selected units offer the option to add a lower ground level.
