Lucas Fox property management and rental management services are designed to ensure that your ownership of a property abroad is as easy as possible. 

Property Management services 

At Lucas Fox we understand that every property and every property owner is different and because of this our property management service is bespoke. We charge per hour or fraction of an hour which means you only pay for the work we do for you. 

Some of the services we can offer include:

• Help with arranging logistics of removals
• Transfer of utilities – water, gas, electric 
• Assistance with installation of telephone lines / adsl
• Telephone assistance 9am to 6pm Monday to Saturday 
• Keyholding – hold keys, act as the local 24 hour contact person, receive deliveries.
• Regular visits to the property to check for any problems and a subsequent report to client. The visits can include: A thorough check of the property looking for wear and tear, damages, signs of forced entry and any other faults or defects; checking that the property is generally clean and, tidy; checking all fixtures and furnishings, noting any exceptional wear and tear; testing all electrical appliances; checking all utilities - gas, electricity, water, security systems; checking the kitchen and bathroom appliances; check that any alarms and security equipment are functional; a thorough airing of the home. 
• Supervision of contracts and assistance with arranging – (i) cleaner, (ii) handyman, (iii) gardener, (iv) monthly delivery of groceries.
• Recommend architects / builders / interior designers). Arrange for them to give quotes. If required supervise their work and liaise with them on the basis of the client’s instructions. 
• Mail delivery – if required, on a monthly basis, will gather all mail delivered to the property and forward it onto to your foreign address.
• Fiscal services – calculating and arranging payment of property taxes.
