Upon entering, we access the living area, with a guest toilet and then an open space with the living-dining room and the kitchen. The living room area has two windows, overlooking the Rambla de Catalunya and the towers of the Sagrada Familia. The American-style kitchen features Dial Kitchen furniture and is equipped with high-end appliances, such as induction, combi fridge (Siemens) and a practical island that distributes the space. On one side is the utility area, with a washing machine (Balay) and a space to store cleaning products.

Upon returning to the entrance, we find two quiet interior double bedrooms, with a window to the side of the neighbouring building with lots of sun. These bedrooms have a private bathroom with a shower. Although they lack wardrobes, in the hall there is a 6-door built-in wardrobe, to complement these two bedrooms.

Finally, there are two other large exterior bedrooms that overlook the typical Eixample block patio.
