Finally, at the end of the hall, we have the main living room next to the dining room and the master bedroom with a private bathroom. The living room and dining room are two continuous spaces separated by a double glazed door and full of natural light thanks to 3 exterior windows: one with access to an outside balcony and the other 2 forming an interior balcony space that provides a nice, light nice, thanks to the southern orientation of the façade. These spaces are the highlights of the property, with their unique plaster decorations, the natural wooden floor and the great light. The property is located in the Sant Francesc neighbourhood, the most central area of the city where the Town Hall Square is located, and therefore, the most emblematic buildings of Valencia, such as the Olympia Theatre, Norte train station and the bull ring.
