The farm has several buildings that add a total of 600 m² built on a plot with agricultural-tourist exploitation of almost 200,000 m², very close to the Virgin Coves and the centre of Ciutadella.

The main house, renovated in the rustic Menorcan style, measuring 260 m², is distributed over three floors. On the ground floor, a nice hall leads to the living-dining room with a fireplace and an independent kitchen, very bright. It also has a living room with a fireplace and a bathroom with a bathtub. On the first floor we find two rooms connected to each other with the main bedroom with a fireplace, a second double bedroom with access to the terrace, as well as a bathroom. On the second floor there are three double bedrooms that share a bathroom. All bedrooms with unobstructed views of the countryside.

The farm has several buildings, one of them for a dining room with barbecue, a beautiful barn with two bedrooms with their own bathroom, warehouse-garage, stone house to reform, wooden houses, stables, and agricultural facilities.

Undoubtedly a wonderful farm in a unique environment, which immerses us in the Menorcan countryside and protection of the environment, excellent as a way of life of agricultural-tourist exploitation.
