Located in a quiet area of El Chorro, we find this house that has been designed from scratch with a unique vision. This 3-hectare plot welcomes us with an entrance gate, from which an access road runs through hundreds of olive, almond and avocado trees.

Before reaching the main house we have two different entrances: one initially designed for group yoga exercises and the other as a parking area with capacity for several vehicles.

Around the main building we have a large terrace, a swimming pool, as well as three different areas with furniture and pergolas / sun umbrellas to enjoy the impressive views. We also find a covered area with a jacuzzi, an outdoor exercise area with light bulbs for night use and a basketball court.

As possible additional residences on the plot we have a log cabin and a yurt with its own bathroom and kitchen. This area was originally designed to accommodate guests.

The main house has a hallway at the entrance with a guest toilet, behind which is the spacious living-dining room with an open kitchen and fireplace. It also boasts oscillating patio windows for direct access to the large terrace, the pool and the outdoor lounge. If we continue to the left of the living room, we come to a guest bedroom with a private bathroom. To the right of the living room we find access to a second bedroom and a large bathroom, followed by a large dressing room and the master bedroom. The latter connects with an upper floor with its own terrace that could be used as an office. All bedrooms offer direct access to the terrace.

The house has an automated irrigation system, in addition to the study and permits for the installation of a well having already been carried out.
