The house has a large area of 1766 m² in its entirety, distributed most of the area (1110 m2) on one floor for greater functionality. At first glance, the building appears to be hidden between anthracite-colored concrete walls and a green ramp with lush foliage that extends to the roof of the residence. The facade of the residence offers a first glimpse of the interior and shows its warmest and most welcoming personality. The clean-cut geometric design of the exterior architecture is also reflected in the interior design, as can be seen from the large windows on the façade.

The main entrance of the house looks like the gateway to a grandiose monument, thanks to the imposing cement construction and its large facades. The home features an open-plan layout with open spaces and partial dividing walls between the twelve-seater dining room and the luxurious contemporary living room. The large kitchen in shades of anthracite and zinc white features unconventional angles and a central island with the work zone, a modern angled mirror hood, as well as a large sitting area with a bar. The living-dining room receives abundant natural light through the large windows. Hidden, minimal artificial lighting adds a dramatic effect in the black and white living room and dining room. The large window in the main living room is hidden by design so that this room opens completely to the outside areas.

On the semi-basement floor we find a beautiful and spacious cinema room with a projection screen and a section made to measure and completely soundproofed, a wine cellar and an auxiliary toilet. Every room in this house has access to the outside with almost floor-to-ceiling windows. On this same floor, we find the underground garage for several cars with neon blue cladding.

The exterior architectural landscaping of this house is finely cared for. Within the 5,000 m² plot, in certain sections the lush lawn scales slightly up to the middle of the concrete wall support. In other sections, it slopes up to the roof of the house. Also, apart from the lawn, the A-Cero studio created a design with sparsely planted young trees, to achieve that natural character. Also, a large pond and fountain add the water element that complements the architectural landscape and creates a quite welcoming environment.

Overall, it is a unique dwelling with exterior and interior elements carefully designed to maintain balance and soften the harshness of concrete as a material. Concrete House II, which is how this A-cero project is named, gives the impression of an intimate and balanced house in all aspects.
