Lucas Fox is pleased to present this wonderful and very complete single-family home designed by A-cero, one of the greatest exponents of residential minimalism, just 20 minutes from the center of Madrid.

The villa was built in 2007. The initial idea of this project is to integrate the house into the natural environment of the residential area in which it is located, with orientation to the fantastic views of the lakes and the tree extensions that extend along the common areas of the urbanization. The house is developed with a game of large rectangular volumes and simple shapes. In this way, you obtain a building with clean finishes, select materials and exclusive qualities. The facade of the house is made of travertine marble that provides great luminosity to the whole.

The house with an area of 1150 m² is distributed over three floors. In the central area of the building, there is a central access with a large gate that welcomes us. The house has a functional distribution with the main spaces facing the garden area to the north. The purity of forms is transferred to the construction scheme, the materials and the environment, promoting the union between the building and the context in which it is located. A neutral decoration has been chosen that brings elegance and sobriety to all the rooms of the house. In addition, the lighting also provides a modern and sophisticated air to the home.

Inside the ground floor, we are greeted by a large hall that leads directly to the main living room with safety glass windows that, thanks to its opening system, vanish into the semi-basement floor to fully integrate the exterior with the interior. inside. On this same floor, we find the office, the games room, the TV room, the kitchen, the office area, the main dining area and the courtesy toilet. The house has been designed so that all spaces enjoy large windows on the façade, making the most of natural light and with access to the garden, the pool and the natural landscape offered by the urbanization. The whiteness that dominates the interior, as well as the large windows and the visual connection with the garden and the porch, make these main spaces of the home enjoy abundant light and vitality.

On the upper floor we find the night and more private area of the house where we find in one wing of the house four bedrooms with their private bathroom and built-in wardrobes from floor to ceiling, a living and meeting area in the central part and the other side, the master bedroom with two dressing rooms, two bathrooms and a common bathroom area.

As for the semi-basement floor, in it we find the most social part of the house. We can find a meeting area (choco) with a small auxiliary kitchen, an indoor pool area with a Turkish bath, a games room, a wine cellar and a garage area for five cars. On this same floor, we find the service area, which houses two bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen. This area communicates directly with the main kitchen, for greater comfort and for the service to have a completely independent area within the main space of the house.

The distribution of the house is very functional and simple, to offer a very comfortable and quiet life.

Regarding the exterior, the main façade is surrounded by landscaping with attractive interventions of geometric tree shapes. Outside, the pedestrian paths and the central garden area incorporate native vegetation, resistant to the climate of the area and providing absolute privacy.
