This fantastic farmhouse has its origins in the stables of the 11th century, although its current structure is from the end of the 16th century. It is located in a beautiful spot a few kilometers from the Les Gavarres Natural Park.

The farmhouse was partially restored in 1977 by its current owners, who fell in love with the property as soon as they saw it and have since made it their home. In addition, they made the 7.6 hectares of land profitable, with a large plantation of 1,278 olive trees spread over 4 hectares, which self-produce 100% organic oil, in addition to other products, all in an artisanal way and with the utmost respect for nature and its traditions. . The rest of the land is destined to forest, with more than 1000 Mediterranean pines.

It is distributed over three floors, connected to each other, with a total of 761 m² built. The farmhouse preserves numerous original architectural elements, such as a beautiful interior patio accessed through a semicircular arch, vaulted ceilings in different rooms and all the stables that have been in their original condition since the 11th century.

As a complement to the farmhouse, we find auxiliary facilities such as a large tennis court, the swimming pool, and next to it, a construction on the ground floor of about 65 m² in which there is an independent guest apartment with a bedroom, a bathroom, a porch and utility room.

Independent of the farmhouse, there is a rectangular building for agricultural use of 240 m² built, distributed over two floors connected internally by a forklift. In the lower one, there are three large garages, a production warehouse and bottling machinery. And in the upper one, with access from the outside porch, there is a store/office where you can buy bottled olive oil and olive soap, a laboratory, a bedroom and toilets.

It is a very interesting farmhouse, in addition to its exploitation of olive trees, for its potential as a tourist business, given its excellent location and access.
