The villa facade is a mixture of eucalyptus wood, glass and concrete, with shutters that open along the length of the southern side to flood the home with light. The recycled nature of the wood, taken from former mussel farms, gives the building a rough and natural aesthetic, made contemporary by glass and concrete. The same materials run throughout the home's inside, but the wood used is a smoother, warmer cut.

Upon entering, we are welcomed by the entrance hall that gives us access to the ground floor and a staircase leading to all property levels. On the main floor, we are greeted by the light-filled open layout dining, living and kitchen area; this area offers large sliding windows that provide an excellent south-easterly orientation overlooking the spectacular sea views. The kitchen area is finished with top quality appliances, carpentry and a stainless steel countertop. The living and dining area is finished with wooden high ceilings and flooring, giving this area a naturally cosy atmosphere.
