The property consists of two homes and two outbuildings on a plot of 25,000 sq metres (6 acres). The main house and guest house, all stone, is 800 sq metres of construction with 488 sq metres of usable indoor space. 

The first floor has an expansive living room with an attached library, a kitchen connected to a large dining room, both look out over the pool with mountain views. A guest bathroom and laundry room complete the first floor. The second floor has five bedrooms and four full bathrooms, the main bathroom has a separate jacuzzi. Metal beam construction means there are few supporting walls, so the interior can be modified if desired. Massive steel beams were used across the front to allow extra large views. In a separate two-storey building, also stone with its own entrance, is a second home or a guest house of approx 120 metres with two bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms, a full kitchen and large living room with a fireplace. This is the building on the left.

A double garage in reclaimed brick is separated into two individual auto garages or workshops. With a large storage area for garden supplies that can be used as a stable for a horse etc.

The second outbuilding, also in reclaimed brick, contains a third open garage/barbecue area with a large dog kennel with a fenced area and a chicken coop. There is also a large fenced vegetable garden. In total, there are three enclosed separate garages and one open carport. Outside, we find the pool which is divided into two sections, a jacuzzi style small one that warms earlier and cascades into the big one giving a fountain sound to that side of the house. The front entrance has a fountain built in stone.

The land area is 25,000 sq meters or 6 acres. Spread over multiple stone walled terraces on a hillside. Planted with old olive groves with at least a dozen ancient 100 or 200-year-old trees, two large idle vineyards fields, fruit trees and approximately 1 acre of mature pine forest. The land is fertile. Citrus, olives, figs, almonds and grapes are the predominant crops in the area. Vegetables can be grown all year. The land produces olives for olive oil, oranges, mandarins, lemons and figs that are world-class, as are the vegetables. The land here has been farmed forever. The fields are terraced with stone walls, many of which are two hundred years old. With over 300 days a year of blue skies and sunshine, growing Mediterranean food here is easy.

Furthermore, the property has two underground water deposits, one for 100,000 litres of rainwater and a 60,000 litres gray water deposit. Summers are dry here, you need a lot of water to have a lush garden. Over a hundred metres of massive stone retaining walls were built. At an altitude of approximately 300 metres, the property has lots of wildlife. Squirrels, countless doves and songbirds, rabbits, foxes and owls are resident. Visits by seagulls from the beach are frequent. The property is surrounded by mature forest which is fenced and virtually inaccessible to the public, with regular visits from the native wildlife. At the bottom of the hill there are 25 acres of vineyards to take sunset walks or to jog - it is directly accessible to the property.

It is a beautiful piece of land isolated by the forest and a long dead end road with no through traffic and only a handful of houses on big plots. Its secluded and peaceful location is one of its best qualities.
