Fantastic house with 4 winds built in 2006 and located in the middle of nature, with beautiful views of the mountains, in a quiet and natural environment. It is located 5 minutes from the centre of Argentona and 30 minutes from the big city, Barcelona.

The house has three floors. The main floor is at street level, which is very comfortable. This floor is surrounded by a large terrace with mountain views.

Upon entering through the main door, we find a hall, which leads us to the living-dining room on the left and to the right, to a spacious kitchen. The living-dining room has high ceilings and four large windows, two of them from floor-to-ceiling, which allow abundant natural light to enter. In addition, it offers access to the terrace, to enjoy the mountain views, and a fireplace to give it a cozy atmosphere during the winter.

The spacious kitchen has a central cooking island and a dining room table. In the background, a door leads to the rear area that has a barbecue and garden. It also benefits from a utility room, with a laundry-ironing area and a built-in wardrobe .

At the end of the corridor, there is the first night area that houses two spacious double bedrooms: one with a built-in wardrobe and the other with a dressing room. Both share a full bathroom .

In the main hall , we find stairs that take us to the first floor that houses the second night area. Here, two bedrooms are offered, each with its private full bathroom , which open to the outside. All rooms boast plenty of natural light. It should be noted that from above there are views of the living-dining room before reaching the bedroom area.

If we go back to the entrance hall , some stairs will take us to the lower floor , which offers a large interior and exterior space, perfect for guests. In the interior area, we find four additional bedrooms, two with windows to the outside, one with a stained glass window and the fourth without a window, as well as a fully renovated bathroom . On the other hand, a summer kitchen is offered.

The outdoor area has a fantastic chill-out area with a porch, to celebrate meals with family or friends, with a cocktail bar, barbecue and a newly renovated pool. The entire exterior requires very little maintenance.
