The house is distributed over 4 floors:

From the entrance, we find on the right and left two direct entrances to the parking lot, which have capacity for 3 cars. In addition, the house has a large storage room, where you can store all kinds of furniture, cleaning utensils, clothes, etc.

Going up the stairs, on the first floor, we find a guest room on the right hand side, as well as a guest bathroom on the right. The room faces south, so it is very bright. On the left, we find the kitchen, also with the same orientation.

On the second floor, we find the living room area. On the right hand side we find a large table, where family meals can be made, and on the left, comfortable sofas with a seating area and a fireplace.

On the third floor we find the sleeping area. This floor has 2 rooms: on the right hand side we find a bedroom with a double bed and on the left hand side another double bedroom.

On the fourth floor the night area continues and we find the master suite with a complete bathroom, renovated and with a dressing room. To the right, leaving the suite, we find an area that is currently used as a library or office, but which is a multipurpose area, also usable as a bedroom. This floor also has a terrace with full midday and afternoon sun. Outside, in an exterior room, we find the laundry.

Finally, in the attic, we find an area currently used as an office, but it can also be used as a bedroom. This floor also has a large terrace with views.
