Lucas Fox presents the Condeminas development : an incredible modernist building completely refurbished in the heart of the Gothic Neighbourhood , on the first line of the port of Barcelona and with incredible views.

It is a historical and artistic building with more than 100 years old, completely renovated and designed by the architect Josep Pujol i Brull. The building preserves incredible elements from the modernist era, such as wrought iron railings, stained glass windows, hydraulic floors and carved wood.
