The property, with the aforementioned name, is located in the place of Calva, parish of Geraz do Minho, municipality of Póvoa de Lanhoso, district of Braga, on the slopes facing the Cávado river, between Póvoa do Lanhoso (which is 3 km away ) and Amares (8 km away).

It is 13 km from the city of Braga and 75 km from Porto, access via the EN 205.

The property has a total area of 120,000 ^m2 (12 ha), distributed as follows:

80,000 ^m2 of wooded hills with varied species (pine, eucalyptus, cork oak, oak, cypress, among other species), with a good quality internal road network.

Another area of woodland measuring around 29,000 ^m2 is almost exclusively made up of noble, slow-growing trees (oak, chestnut and maple).

11,000 ^m2 entirely walled with ancient granite, within which the farm's buildings are located.

This plot of land is made up of two units, with the main house in need of full rehabilitation being spread over two floors and comprising an area of 462 m ² , making a total of 924 m ² and with possible use of the attic in a area never less than 100 m ² .

The main house dates from the first half of the 18th century, with the structure and facades intact, but in need of intervention and rehabilitation.

On the same plot of land there is another house recovered in 1995, already restored and ready to live in, measuring around 65 ^m2 and also spread over two floors.
