With a privileged location in downtown Porto, close to the São João National Theater (TNSJ) and a bustle of people who promote life in the city, with their customs, businesses and the character that distinguishes this area of Porto, Lucas Fox presents an asset located in a characteristic building dating from the 15th century and whose intervention aimed to maintain its history and visual memory.

Thus, four exclusive apartments were created, with two units per floor: floor 0 has two T0+1 housing units, and floor 1 has one T0+1 and another T0+2 unit.

The finishes respect the heritage nature of the building, with priority being given to noble, high-quality materials.

In this way, it was possible to take advantage of pre-existence to create apartments with different characteristics and environments, but all of them complying with the demands of contemporary comfort.
