This T1 apartment is part of the Boavista Flats development, which is a project for the rehabilitation and expansion of a set of three residential buildings of remarkable architectural design dating from the early 20th century, located in the historic center of Braga.

The development is part of the Urban Rehabilitation Area of Braga, enjoying the inherent tax benefits.

The project, by Central Arquitetos, preserves the uniqueness of the facades of the three buildings on Rua da Boavista, promoting their expansion – both in height and in depth – with the introduction of a second volume in the backyard of the buildings, which defines a new urban front with a markedly contemporary language.

It is a consolidated residential area undergoing rehabilitation, just a few minutes' walk from the Cathedral, Rua do Souto and Avenida Central, with direct access to the highway (Centro de Braga exit) and from there to the A11 and A3, which indicates a potential of high and safe valuation.

The development consists of two buildings connected by a common patio, with a gross construction area of 1783 m ² above ground:
- Building A, results from the rehabilitation and expansion of the original buildings, preserving their main facades and includes 24 apartments (5 T0, 12 T0+1 and 7 T1) spread over 4 floors;
- Building B, new construction comprising 2 T1 apartments, one on each floor.
