The property, located on the Silver Coast, in central Portugal, is a small-scale holiday resort and is close to the beach. It consists of a plot of land measuring 9,625 ^m2 and a built area of 500 ^m2 , set in a peaceful and natural environment with stunning views. Nearby we find the city of Caldas da Rainha, which is about an hour's drive north of Lisbon. The farm includes a residential house, a detached cottage, an apartment and a large luxury tent. The main house (1996) consists of a living room with an open kitchen measuring approximately 60 m ² , two bedrooms (one of them a studio), two bathrooms and a reception area. It also includes a large attic (without a fixed staircase) and a cellar. Access to the apartment and the basement can be done from the living room, via a fixed staircase. Heating in the living room is provided by a pellet burner, and the existing air conditioning can also be used for heating. The house can also be used for rental purposes.
