Salesforce: IT Support & Development Intern, Barcelona

Lucas Fox is the leading Barcelona-based real estate company specialized in the sales and rentals of luxury residential properties in South Europe to national and international clients. Thanks of our growth, we are looking for a new intern to join our Salesforce Team to provide support and improve our CRM to our expanding number of users.  We need someone who is enthusiastic about IT and feels comfortable to support our users and comes up with creative ways to improve the platform.

Responsibilities

• Providing general support for Salesforce, including development, troubleshooting, data management, project coordination and training.
• Assisting management in creating reports & dashboards.
• Assisting in using metrics and analytics to track users’ work.
• Providing support in monitoring and improving data quality within the system.
• Supporting for end users on the phone and through Tickets.
• Assisting in the training of new employees or company affiliates.
• Offering ongoing IT and training support to existing users both remotely and in person.
• Assisting in creating and updating training material.

Requirements

• Proactive and creative with a positive attitude
• Comfortable presenting and giving trainings
• Fluent in both Spanish and English
• Innovative approach to support and training.
