This unique property with its decorative protected façade was designed in the XIXth century and is located in the centre of Valencia (in the Botanical Gardens area). In 2005 a full renovation of the building and this property was carried out, including the electrics and plumbing. The property offers some 270 square metres plus a 20-square-metres terrace. The property has been used as both a home and a fan making workshop, the shelving for which can be seen in the photographs. Part of the property features the original exposed wooden beams while the rest of them have been plastered over and soundproofed.
Part of the house has the original terracotta floors and the rest has tropical wooden flooring. During the renovation of this property, some XIXth century murals were discovered, probably the work of the reputable architect that built the palace; these historical paintings have been preserved. The interior doors originally belonged to La Finca Roja, an emblematic Valencian building. All of the windows were changed for double glazed ones and the property now boasts a descalcifier, a heat pump and three sets of air condtioning (two of which are industrial).

Extramurs, Valencia: Location and surroundings of this property
The Extramurs neighbourhood is one of the most central districts in the city. Its name however, refers to the part of the city just outside of the original old city walls.
Extramurs has various places of interest, including the Quart Towers and the Botanical Garden at Valencia University, as well as the Estacio de Nord train station in the southern part of the district. Its proximity to the river bed and the centre make this area all the more attractive. There are very good transport links to the rest of the city and there are schools nearby. There are also many hotels and restaurants in the area.
