The Old Town (Ciutat Vella) can be divided into four main districts: the Gothic Quarter (Barrio Gótico), Barceloneta, El Born and El Raval.

At the lower end of the Gothic Quarter you'll find El Born, Barcelona's trendy vibrant quarter with its maze of narrow winding streets, independent shops, exciting eateries and historical buildings.
