This luxury villa is located on a hill 50m from the beach with a large private garden that benefits from a 20 x 8 m pool.

All of the rooms are spacious, bright and airy, with doors leading onto the terraces and with views to either the sea or the inner garden. Basic daily cleaning service (2hrs) is included. Extra hours of cleaning and breakfast is available on request.

All bed linen is provided, all towels for indoor use are provided and there is also one service toilet.

The property totals 17.000 sqm and it is divided into 3 garden levels. The top garden includes the main house, the pool house, the swimming pool (20x8m) and a barbecue outdoor area.

The rest of the facilities, such as a Fronton (racquetball), the football field and a garage for 5 cars are located on the other levels.

During the night there is a porter.

The manager is available on site daily to help you with any queries. He will arrange
for the pool to be cleaned twice a week.

Distributiion

On the ground floor of the main house there is a large dining room, a daily dining room and a living room with TV, CD, video, broadband internet access and sofas. On the same floor there is a toilet and a large kitchen fully equipped.

This house has two dining rooms; the largest one seats 16 people and is 38 sqm. The other dining room is next to the kitchen and is 22 sqm with a circular table seating 8 people. There is also one spacious living room with a TV and comfortable sofa. This living room has ocean views and extraordinary sun light all day. The main house has wireless internet connection in a 20 sqm office.

The kitchen (30 m2) is well equipped with two ovens, a gas and electric hob, a microwave, dishwasher and two fridge/freezers with an ice maker.

On the first floor there are five double bedrooms; each one with en-suite bathrooms. All rooms have direct access to the terrace. For larger parties there is the pool house, located at the other end of the garden with 2 extra suites with a bathroom and its own kitchen, lounge area and terrace.

The property is 40 minutes drive from Barcelona’s downtown; between the villages of Sant Pol and Canet de Mar.
