Unique two bedroom, two bathroom apartment in Barcelona Old Town with 20 m2 terrace. Very close to Plaza de Catalunya, Passeig de Gracia and Las Ramblas.

Description:

This unique apartment has lots of history. It was renovated in 2009 by an architect that mixed the old features of the building with new design. It has 4 meter high ceilings with wood beams, stonewalls and mosaic tiles.

The master bedroom is equipped with its own double rain shower and basin. The room has lots of history - its walls are covered with a 100-year-old double wood door and it has a unique Murano glass lamp. The other bedroom retains the original hydraulic floor, which is a true piece of art. There is an additional bathroom with its impressive shower located where once was the stone entrance of the palace.

You just need to cross Via Laietana to be in the Gothic quarter and walk a few blocks up to visit the charming Modernist buildings of Gaudí.
